Effective Date: [February 9, 2026]

By accessing our website or engaging Precision Predator for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope & Estimates

  • On-Site Inspections: While we provide preliminary estimates online or over the phone, final pricing is subject to an on-site inspection.

  • Scope of Work: Our services are limited to the specific pests or wildlife identified in the signed service agreement.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our treatments and removals, the client agrees to:

  • Access: Provide safe and clear access to the property, including crawlspaces, attics, or fenced areas as required.

  • Preparation: Follow all pre-treatment instructions (e.g., clearing debris, securing pets, or vacuuming specific areas).

  • Maintenance: Maintain any exclusion barriers (sealing of holes, mesh screens) installed by our team. Tampering with traps or exclusion devices may void warranties.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Fees: Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to provide access at the time of the appointment may result in a service fee or forfeiture of a deposit.

4. Safety & Liability

  • Chemicals & Traps: Precision Predator uses industry-standard methods. However, clients must keep children and pets away from designated treatment areas and traps during the service period.

  • Property Damage: While we exercise extreme care, Precision Predator is not liable for pre-existing structural damage caused by wildlife or pests prior to our arrival, or minor cosmetic wear-and-tear necessary for access (e.g., removing a vent cover).

  • Wildlife Unpredictability: Wildlife removal involves live animals. While we use proven exclusion and trapping methods, we cannot guarantee that a new, unrelated animal will not attempt to enter the property in the future.

5. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in a written contract.

  • Late Payments: Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts if not resolved within 30 days.

6. Warranties

Any warranties for “Exclusion Work” (keeping animals out) are specifically outlined in your individual service contract. Warranties are typically void if the structure is modified by a third party or damaged by severe weather.
