Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Abbeville, Anderson, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Oconee, Pickens, and Spartanburg Counties.

What types of pests and animals do you handle?

We manage a wide range of pests and nuisance wildlife, including insects, rodents, and larger animals. For a full list of species we cover, please visit our dedicated Pest Control and Wildlife Removal pages.

Are your treatments safe for children and pets?

Yes. The safety of your family and pets is our top priority. We use environmentally responsible products and application methods designed to minimize exposure while delivering effective results. We’re always happy to review treatment options with you before we begin.

Are your technicians licensed and insured?

Absolutely. All of our technicians are fully licensed, insured, and trained in both pest control and wildlife removal, in accordance with state regulations.

Do you offer emergency pest control?

Yes. We understand that some infestations can’t wait. Same-day or next-day service is often available—just give us a call.

How often should I schedule routine pest control?

We recommend quarterly pest control treatments to maintain a pest-free environment and catch potential problems early. Our affordable maintenance plans make it easy to stay protected year-round.

Are the animals that are removed from my property euthanized?

That depends. Often, state and federal laws dictate what happens to animals that become a nuisance on private property. In many cases, like with bats and active bird nests, they are protected. In short, no animals are unnecessarily euthanized, and we operate in full compliance with all laws and regulations in every situation.

How should I prepare for pest control treatment?

Preparations for treatment are usually minimal. Just declutter the treatment areas and remove any personal items or food products. We’ll take care of the rest.

At Precision, we understand that no two pest infestations are exactly alike. That is why we have built a company around the philosophy of personalized pest control. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions, we begin with a comprehensive evaluation of each customer’s situation, then—together with the client—formulate a plan of action. We are always willing to make needed adjustments and spend time answering any questions you might have along the way.
